Sublimation keychain printing process

By using editing software make the changes to your photos as per the look you need. Once you complete editing, print the photo on sublimation paper.

Now, remove the protective layer from the keychain blanks and with the use of heat tape stick the printed paper on the keychain blanks.

Adjust the time and temperature in the flat press machine and place the metal keychain blanks in it. Then do the sublimation keychain printing.

Use glue and stick the sublimated metal blanks to the metal keyring and a customized keychain with a photo will be ready.
