Customized products (including personalized prints, custom designs, and made-to-order items) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective and incorrect.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on customized items.

The item is incorrect due to our mistake.
The return request is made with same day of receiving the order.
The item is in its original, unused condition with packaging intact.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where PRINT X is at fault.
